Kocomo democratizes the access to luxury second homes around the world. It was born to enable the ultimate in luxury—unfettered quality time with loved ones. Kocomo takes care of everything typically involved in home ownership, enabling co-owners to relax completely and enjoy their time with their loved ones.
Arcal was in charge of developing the visual identity of Kocomo. The graphic result is a refined aesthetic that bridges the balance between sophistication and raw. The color palette was chosen thinking about the balance that exists between the natural and architectural environment, creating a space in which both coexist in harmony.
