FOUNDERS
Daniela Quintero, Co-founder
Daniela is an experienced multidisciplinary designer with a distinguished background in branding, strategy, and innovation. A magna cum laude graduate of Universidad de los Andes, she furthered her expertise at Parsons School of Design in New York, where she earned a Master’s in Strategic Design and Management. Her academic journey, supported by full merit scholarships, laid the foundation for a career defined by analytical rigor and aesthetic excellence.
Before founding ARCAL, Daniela honed her craft at global industry leaders including Superunion (WPP), Wunderman Thompson NYC, and Aluzian. Today, she serves as the visionary force behind the studio, overseeing the intersection of strategic development and creative execution. By leading the design department with a hands-on approach, she ensures that every project translates complex brand objectives into impactful, world-class visual identities.
Andrea Quintero, Co-founder
Andrea is an Art Director and PR specialist with a distinguished career defined by her work with high-end luxury brands. Holding a double degree in Advertising and Design from UCA (Argentina) and Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano (Colombia), she brings a multidisciplinary perspective that seamlessly bridges the gap between artistic expression and commercial strategy. Her approach ensures that every project is not only visually arresting but also strategically positioned for market success.
Before founding ARCAL, Andrea established herself in the international art world, exhibiting at SUGA Art Gallery in Houston and participating in prominent showcases at Galería Casa Cuadrada and La Garza. Her background in photography from Escuela Motivarte, combined with her experience managing high-profile PR for the global polo industry, informs her refined aesthetic sensibility. Today, she leads both the Art Direction and Commercial departments, driving the studio’s innovative vision through a lens of elegance and curated design.
